Out with the old.....

I'm not even sure which decade this lamp came from, but it definitely was not this one!  I loved the round shape of it but the whole brassy thing had to go.  The shade is pretty cool.  I love things with different or odd shapes and this one kind of has a reverse hourglass shape to it.  Difficult to recover, but the outcome was what I was hoping for!

 I love the warm sunshiny yellow of the base against the navy and white of the shade.  It kind of has a nautical feel to it.
